I read a poem on a subway in NYC that said something along the lines of “There are tigers above and below. Let us love and let go”. The image of tigers circling me came to mind, as tigers are my guardians. They give me the strength to be a playful bunny.
I also love Manet’s Olympia, both from a technical standpoint and cultural significance. The fact that it was so scandalous to paint a prostitute made me wonder what it might be like to paint a tranny.
